Delivery

We aim to have your purchased items with you within 3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail for this service. Please note, during busy times of the year there may be some delay.

Click and collect is available from the salon. We shall email you once your items are ready for collection between 1-5 days if you have selected this option.

Return Policy

Hair Extensions Return 

​

You understand that refunds are not given in any circumstance. Hair extensions are hygienic goods and cannot be accepted back under any such circumstance once they have been fitted. We guarantee our workmanship for 7 days and will refit any bonds that have come loose, slid out or are visible. This will be when a team member is next free in the salon for an appointment. We will always try and help and if any issues continue past this time. You have the right to cancel within 2 hours after consultation unless otherwise stated such as next day fitting.

Product return

If you’re looking to return or exchange your product order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method or exchange.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps.

How do I return my item?

Please inform us of your intention to return your product by contacting us via email enquiries@treschichairextensions.co.uk and what option of either refund or exchange you would like us to complete along with your full details.

• The product must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you. The product must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect sealable condition.

• You should return the product at your own cost to the return address below. Please ensure the product arrives safely to us, we strongly recommend that you return the product to us by recorded delivery. Alternatively, the return can be done in salon.

Once the return has been accepted Tres Chic will contact you directly to process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.

Lay Buy Purchases 

​

​If you have purchased using Lay Buy and wish to return an item please return the item in the same way as above. We will notify Lay Buy and your refund will be adjusted on your payments through Lay Buy.
